Is there an expiry date?

Unopened: Approximately 3 years from the date of purchase.

Opened: Please use as soon as possible, ideally within 6 months. Products containing high concentrations of naturally derived ingredients may experience separation or solidification depending on storage conditions.

Can men use these products?

Yes, absolutely.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, our products are sold exclusively through our official online store.

Are these products suitable for sensitive skin?

meenc products are formulated with gentle, low-irritant ingredients so that customers with sensitive skin can use them with peace of mind. However, if you have known allergies to any of the ingredients or experience skin irritation, please discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.

ORDERS

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

We cannot accept cancellations due to reasons on the customer's side once an order has been confirmed.

Can I request an official receipt?

We issue digital receipts. If you require one, please specify your request in the notes section during checkout, or contact us via our inquiry form after placing your order. Indicating your preferred addressee name and line item breakdown will help ensure smooth processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Local orders: We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, bank transfers, and mobile QR code payments.

Overseas orders: We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Alipay HK.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select countries via Japan Post.

Currently supported destinations: Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

Please note that shipping fees and any applicable customs duties/import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Free domestic shipping on orders of ¥5,999 or more.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically dispatched within about 3 business days after receiving your order. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Why is there no paper invoice/packing slip in my package?

In an effort to protect the environment, meenc does not include paper packing slips with shipments. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email as your official purchase receipt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us via our inquiry form within 7 days of delivery.
